- Orders: when the shop is open, the details needed to process and ship your order, such as your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

- Technical data: like most websites, our server and security tools log IP addresses and browser information to keep the site running and to block attacks.
Cookies
We use cookies that the site needs to work, for example to remember your cart. Other cookies, such as analytics, are only used if you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with services we use to run the store, such as our web host, payment provider, shipping and fulfilment partners and email delivery service, and only as much as they need to do their job. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and order records for as long as we need them to help you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations, then delete them.
